Ada – yoga instructor
Hello Yogis! My name is Ada and I am the teacher (and always a student!) behind Yoga ADAventures. I’ve been practicing yoga my whole life, starting with VHS recordings with my mum back in Poland. I decided to share my love for Yoga and amazing mental and physical benefits it can bring to our lives and I went through a Yoga Teacher Training in 2019 in Indian school in Goa. Since then, I have been teaching Ashtanga and Vinyasa Yoga for people in various experience levels, from total beginners to more advanced yogis.
Over the years I have found the best way to enjoy yoga and nature is practicing outside in various conditions (in Scotland, weather can be unpredictable!). I’ve been teaching outdoors in nature around Glasgow, London and Isle of Skye. In my schedule you can find energising vinyasa yoga classes, relaxing evening classes, as well as hikes with yoga class on top of the mountains, rain yoga and yoga combined with cold dips in wild waters. If you are ready to make yoga your own adventure, reconnect with your mind and body on a new level and feel healthier and more in control of self, join me on this unforgettable adventure!
John – chef
Cooking from the age of 15, John has been travelling around the world with his set of kitchen knifes doing guest spots in restaurants San Diego, private cheffing on super yachts in Europe and planning menus for some of the best restaurants around the UK. He is now part of Nature Adventure Yoga events, serving delicious and healthy meals for our students.
Always a pleasure to do yoga and swims with Ada! Classes make me feel energised and healthy
Susan
Absolutely love the swims and yoga! I had no idea I will be able to do it but I am fully addicted now and love going in cold water!
This is the first time I enjoyed yoga so much. The class was energising, I really felt my muscles and joints felt so much more open.
Anna
