how to become part of the adventure?
Whether you have never done yoga before, or you are well familiar with your asanas, you will be able to learn something new about yourself through Nature Adventure Yoga. We work on developing mobility of our bodies, but more importantly, we learn to fully experience the present moment, while feeling grounded.
What classes are available?
We have a wide range of classes, so everyone can find something that suits their needs! From relaxing evening flows, through energising mornings, to adventurous hikes, mountain yoga and cold swims in wild lochs!
What equipment will I need?
All you need is a mat! For those who don’t own one, let us know in advance and we will get it organised. Some classes (like hiking ones) require specific footwear, so if you are not sure, get in touch with our team!
I am a beginner yogi/swimmer/hiker, can I join?
Absolutely! Our outdoor classes are all about taking energy from people around us, so do not hesitate and join our class today for your first yoga/swim or hike!
